01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pg789 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pg789.lat and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pg789 Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

02 Eligibility

• No Prior Ban: You must not have been previously self-excluded, voluntarily excluded, or otherwise banned from the pg789 Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• No Conflict of Interest: You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of pg789, any of its affiliated companies, or any game supplier whose products are offered on the Platform, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of pg789 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your pg789 account:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the pg789 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Identity Verification (KYC): pg789 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered players. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pg789 Login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pg789 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify pg789 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach affecting your account.

pg789 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or any action that may be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions conducted through the pg789 Platform, including deposits into your player account and withdrawal of funds from your player account.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pg789, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
• pg789 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available at pg789's discretion and will be announced on the Platform.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your pg789 account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. GCash deposits are typically reflected in real time.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to you. pg789 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• A minimum balance of ₱200 is required to initiate a withdrawal request.
• pg789 reserves the right to request additional documentation (including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method) before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• pg789 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which pg789 accepts no responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pg789 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible players. All Promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual Promotion on the Platform:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded to your account are subject to wagering requirements ("WR") that must be met in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable WR multiplier for each Promotion will be clearly stated in the Promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria stated for each Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are available to Philippine residents with fully registered pg789 accounts only.
• One Promotion Per Household: Unless stated otherwise, Promotions are limited to one (1) per player, per household address, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same Promotion multiple times using different accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable Promotion terms will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• Promotional Abuse: pg789 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any winnings derived from a bonus, and suspend or terminate any account where there is evidence of Promotion abuse, exploitation of errors, or any other behaviour deemed contrary to the spirit of fair play.
• Modification and Withdrawal: pg789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a Promotion before any modification will continue to be subject to the terms that applied at the time of acceptance.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pg789 Platform — including slots, live casino games, fishing games, bingo, sports betting markets, and specialty games — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or game category on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

pg789 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable game types. The fairness and integrity of all RNG-based games on the Platform are subject to ongoing audit by independent testing laboratories accredited by PAGCOR.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome or continuation of a game or bet, the following rules apply:

• If a game round is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

For sports betting markets, pg789 reserves the right to suspend a market, void a bet, or adjust odds where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, match-fixing, or any other integrity concern, in accordance with PAGCOR sports betting integrity guidelines.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg789 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may result in referral to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with pg789.
• Creating or operating more than one (1) registered account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any such vulnerability must be reported to pg789 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or other conduct designed to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the pg789 Platform, its software, or its content.
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the pg789 Platform — including but not limited to the pg789 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, game graphics, interface designs, text, images, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive property of pg789 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from pg789.
• Use any pg789 trademark, logo, or service mark in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with pg789 without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of pg789's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable Philippine intellectual property law, for which pg789 reserves all legal remedies.

09 Privacy & Data

pg789 collects, stores, and processes personal data about registered players in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as well as applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements.

The categories of personal data collected, the purposes for which such data is used, the legal bases for processing, your rights as a data subject, and the security measures in place to protect your data are all set out in full in the pg789 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at pg789.lat/privacy-policy.

By registering on the pg789 Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting pg789 support, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that require pg789 to retain certain data for a specified period.

10 Responsible Gaming

pg789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pg789 account.

Nothing in these Terms limits pg789's liability for death or personal injury caused by pg789's gross negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

The pg789 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pg789 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection meet the technical requirements for accessing the Platform.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

pg789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy forming part of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Receipt of a court order or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority requiring suspension or termination of the account.
• Any situation where continued operation of the account would expose pg789 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms or confirmed fraud, pg789 reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in the account balance, including any pending withdrawals, subject to applicable PAGCOR guidelines governing the treatment of player funds.

You may request the closure of your pg789 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements that have not been met.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact pg789's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pg789 will make good-faith efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute raised by a registered player within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, and involves a matter within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with PAGCOR's established dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent Philippine court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pg789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, pg789 will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the procedure described in Section 12 above.
